Built Up Standing Seam Cladding

For built up systems on lower pitched roofs down to 1 degree fall we are approved suppliers and installers of Kalzip standing seam roofing systems.

Standing Seam Cladding is a roll formed roofing sheet manufactured from light weight thin gauge aluminium material and is secured via a method called zipping which secures the sheet to a halter bracket, creating a system with no visible or exposed fixing allowed the system to be installed at a very low pitch.

Kalzip, over decades, have developed many systems for various applications and have systems which can provide high end acoustic solutions, high U-value / thermal performance, green, brown and blue roof solutions and the product is available in many natural and coloured finishes, thicknesses and cover widths.

Very large sheet lengths can be achieved using Kalzip with the sheets being roll formed on site and sheet lengths in excess of 100m can be achieved to straight and naturally curved applications.

Kalzip can also be factory curved to tight radii and the sheets can also be manufactured as tapers to create curved geometry in plan.
